You can return your purchase after receipt as follows:

- Within 7 days: Money back equal to the returned goods.
- If you paid using Postcard E-Finance, Twint, Maestro or credit card, a refund will be triggered automatically.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- All items to be returned must be in new condition and in the original packaging, including the order confirmation or receipt, and sent to the following address (suffice postage):

Unfortunately, returns cannot be guaranteed in the following cases:
- Sale items cannot be returned
- Signs of use on the product
- Products without original packaging
- Products that have been damaged as a result of the return shipment
- Items lost during return (we recommend keeping your receipt and tracking number of your return)
